Quy trình sản xuất tinh bột khoai lang dạng hạt
- Chọn lọc những củ khoai lang tươi sạch
- Sơ chế rửa sạch - dùng máy xay nhuyễn - chiết suất sàn lọc qua nước 7 lần - sấy lạnh 2 ngày 2 đêm cho bột se lại - sau đó cho bột vào sấy nóng thêm 4 ngày 4 đêm với nhiệt độ trung bình 38 đến 45 độ C cho bột thật khô với độ ẩm khoảng 13% - hoàn thành tinh bột khoai langsau 10 ngày - đóng gói xuất khẩu.

+ Thời gian sử dụng: 12 tháng kể từ ngày sản xuất
